- Manage offshore team – MUST
Experience:
- 8+ years of experience as a developer
Skills:
- Strong experience in Python application design & development
- Python, Django/FastAPI/Flask, AWS
- Strong in OOPS
- Tech lead experience – Code architecture
Other Notes:
- Candidates from reputed tech companies are preferred
- Interview focus area for Tech lead:
- Basic coding exercise (expected to complete quickly)
- Code architecture question (data structure, design and coding ability)
- AI & UI background is optional
- Candidates presented so far have worked on impressive projects, but fared badly in Coding round
