Job Description:
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Familiarity with OpenText ALM or similar Application Lifecycle Management (ALM) tools (e.g., JIRA, HP ALM).
- Basic knowledge of database management systems and Oracle SQL.
- Understanding of software testing methodologies and tools.
- Familiarity with automation or scripting languages (e.g., Python, PowerShell).
- Knowledge of VBScript.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
Tasks:
- Support the administration of OpenText ALM platforms, ensuring smooth operations and availability.
- As a beginner in this role, you will be responsible for assisting in the implementation, configuration, and administration of OpenText ALM solutions, helping to ensure the seamless management of the software development lifecycle.
- Provide basic troubleshooting and support for OpenText ALM issues or incidents.
- Participate in system upgrades and patching, ensuring that all ALM environments are up to date.
- Document configurations, processes, and best practices to maintain knowledge of the system.
Qualifications:
- Educational qualification: BE/ME/B.Tech/M.Tech
- Experience: 3-6 years
