We are looking for a skilled Python Developer with experience in Django/Flask to join our dynamic team at TechAhead, a global digital transformation company in the USA and India.

The ideal candidate should have a strong background in backend development, database management, and API development. Preferably, the candidate should have hands-on experience with AI/ML technologies, enabling them to work on intelligent and data-driven applications.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, maintain, and optimize web applications using Python, Django/Flask.
• Design and implement RESTful APIs and integrate third-party services.
• Work with relational and non-relational databases such as PostgreSQL, MySQL, or MongoDB.
• Implement scalable backend architectures with security and performance best practices.
• Collaborate with frontend developers, designers, and other team members to ensure seamless application development.
• Develop and deploy AI/ML models if required, utilizing libraries such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Scikit-learn.
• Optimize applications for maximum performance, scalability, and efficiency.
• Debug and troubleshoot application issues and performance bottlenecks.
• Stay updated with the latest trends in Python development and AI/ML technologies.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 2 – 5 years of professional experience in Python development.
• Strong expertise in Django or Flask frameworks.
• Experience with database management systems (PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB, etc.).
• Proficiency in developing and integrating RESTful APIs.
• Hands-on experience with AI/ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn, etc.) is a plus.
• Familiarity with cloud services (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and Docker/Kubernetes is an advantage.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and version control systems like Git.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and debugging skills.
• Ability to work in a team-oriented, fast-paced environment.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with big data technologies (Hadoop, Spark, etc.) is a plus.
• Understanding of DevOps practices and microservices architecture.
• Familiarity with NLP, Computer Vision, or other AI specializations.
• Knowledge of front-end technologies like React.js or Angular is a plus.
