Responsibilities:

• Architect and implement advanced AI-driven systems that transform recruitment workflows.
• Build scalable, reliable, and high-performance software for hypergrowth.
• Take ownership of the entire stack and deliver seamless user experiences.
• Continuously challenge existing processes to drive innovation.
• Optimize system performance from seconds to milliseconds.
• Collaborate across product, design, and business teams to amplify impact.
• Write clean, production-ready code that can handle high-pressure environments.
• Lead by example, setting a high technical standard for the engineering team.

Qualifications:

• 3–5 years of experience building and shipping impactful software products.
• Proven experience with Generative AI and deploying LLMs in production.
• Full-stack proficiency, ideally in Django, React, and Azure, or equivalent (Node.js + React + AWS).
• Strong architectural skills and the ability to design scalable systems.
• A product mindset with a deep focus on user impact.
• Track record of thriving in fast-paced, high-growth environments.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and an ownership-driven mentality.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience.
