Roles and Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive literature reviews to identify gaps and inform the scope of research projects.
• Collect, organize, and analyze qualitative and quantitative data using appropriate methodologies.
• Support the design and execution of research studies, including surveys, experiments, and interviews.
• Summarize research findings into clear, concise reports, presentations, and manuscripts.
• Assist in drafting research papers or articles for publication, adhering to academic standards.
• Use statistical and analytical tools (e.g., SPSS, R, or Excel) to interpret data and derive insights.
• Maintain detailed records of research activities, ensuring data integrity and compliance with ethical guidelines.
• Collaborate with team members to contribute to ongoing projects.

Required Skills:

• Knowledge in conducting literature reviews using academic databases
• Strong knowledge of research methodologies and data analysis techniques.
• Familiarity with statistical tools (e.g., SPSS, Excel, R, Python)
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for academic writing and presentations.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.

Qualifications:

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a Masters in Business Management, Economics and Political Science.
• Previous experience in academic research or coursework involving literature reviews and data mining is a plus.
• Familiarity with research ethics and data confidentiality protocols.
