Responsibilities:
- Excellent knowledge of Python language
- Design, implement & document the backend APIs for the platform
- Interact with Business Users to understand key requirements of the projects and document it well
- Solve complex performance problems and architectural challenges
- Configure and maintain software / system deployment scripts
- Develop integrations with third party applications (mostly web-based)
- Produce and maintain technical product documentation
Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science (or equivalent experience)
- Proven experience as a Python programmer
- Understanding of server-side applications
- Good understanding of REST APIs standards
- Experience working with Django & Flask framework
- Ability to write code using good hygiene and documentation
- Experience with multi process and multi threading environments is a big plus
- Experience with web scraping
