About the Role
H&M is looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused Sales Advisor to join our store team in Nagpur. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering an exceptional in-store experience, helping customers find products they love, and representing the H&M brand with positivity and professionalism.
Key Responsibilities
Welcome and assist customers, providing outstanding service throughout their shopping journey.
Share product and fashion knowledge to help customers make informed purchase decisions.
Maintain an organized, well-stocked, and visually appealing sales floor and stockroom.
Support store opening and closing procedures.
Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and maintain store standards.
Represent the H&M brand values during all customer interactions.
Who You’ll Work With
You’ll be part of a dynamic Store Team that includes Sales Advisors, Department Managers, Store Managers, Visual Merchandisers, and other key roles. Together, you’ll create an inspiring and welcoming environment for customers. You will also collaborate with the wider Area Team to share insights and contribute to overall store success.
What We’re Looking For
Experience:
Previous experience in customer service, retail, fashion, or similar industries preferred.

Passion for fashion and delivering excellent customer experiences.
Strong communication and teamwork skills.
