About the Role

Key Responsibilities
- Assist customers by providing product knowledge and styling advice
- Deliver excellent customer service throughout the shopping journey
- Maintain store presentation, ensuring shelves and displays are well-organized
- Support stock management and ensure availability of products
- Assist in store opening and closing activities
- Represent the brand positively in all customer interactions
Team & Work Environment

Requirements
- Experience in customer service, retail, or fashion industry preferred
