Key Responsibilities:
- Sales Strategy Development: Creating and executing sales strategies to achieve eCommerce sales targets. Identifying new opportunities to expand the customer base and increase revenue.
- Product Promotion & Marketing: Collaborating with the marketing team to create promotions and campaigns to drive traffic and sales on the eCommerce platform.
- Sales Analytics: Monitoring sales performance through analytics tools and reports, adjusting strategies based on data insights. Understanding customer behavior, conversion rates, and product performance.
- Market Research: Keeping up-to-date with market trends, competitors, and customer preferences to inform sales strategies. Analyzing competitors’ pricing and offers to ensure the business stays competitive.
Required Skills and Qualities:
- Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills, especially for marketplace account managers.
- Digital Marketing Knowledge: Familiarity with SEO, email marketing, social media platforms, and digital advertising.
- Analytical Skills: Comfort with analyzing sales data and customer metrics to guide decisions.
- Tech-Savvy: Familiarity with eCommerce platforms (like Amazon,Flipkart,Myntra,Ajio,Shopify)
