We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Fresher to join our team as an Ecommerce Executive.

The ideal candidate will assist in managing and optimizing our online sales platforms, ensuring a seamless customer experience, and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Platform Management:
  • List, update, and manage product listings on ecommerce platforms (e.g., Amazon, Flipkart, Shopify).
  • Ensure accurate product descriptions, images, and pricing.
• Order Processing:
  • Monitor and process online orders efficiently.
  • Coordinate with logistics teams to ensure timely delivery.
• Customer Support:
  • Address customer queries and complaints via email, chat, or phone.
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Data Analysis:
  • Track sales performance, analyze trends, and generate reports.
  • Provide insights to improve sales and marketing strategies.
• Marketing Support:
  • Assist in executing digital marketing campaigns (e.g., SEO, SEM, social media).
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to drive traffic and conversions.
• Inventory Management:
  • Monitor stock levels and coordinate with the inventory team to avoid stockouts.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree
• Basic understanding of ecommerce platforms and digital marketing.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹11,000.00 – ₹14,000.00 per month
