About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven SEO Executive to join our digital marketing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing effective search engine optimization (SEO) strategies to improve our online presence, increase web traffic, and drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities

• On-Page Optimization:
• Conduct keyword research and analysis to identify opportunities for driving organic traffic.
• Optimize website content, meta tags, headers, and images for search engines.
• Develop and maintain a content calendar with SEO-friendly content ideas.
• Off-Page Optimization:
• Build high-quality backlinks through ethical link-building practices.
• Monitor and improve website authority and ranking through outreach campaigns and partnerships.
• Manage local SEO strategies, including Google My Business listings.
• Technical SEO:
• Conduct technical audits to identify and resolve issues such as crawl errors, broken links, and slow page speeds.
• Optimize website structure, mobile responsiveness, and usability.
• Ensure website compliance with search engine algorithms and best practices.
• Performance Tracking:
• Monitor and analyze website performance using tools like Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and SEMrush.
• Track key metrics, including organic traffic, rankings, and conversions, and provide actionable insights.
• Prepare monthly SEO reports to measure the effectiveness of campaigns.
• Competitor Analysis:
• Conduct regular analysis of competitors’ SEO strategies to identify strengths and gaps.
• Stay updated on industry trends, algorithm updates, and emerging SEO techniques.
• Collaboration:
• Work closely with content writers, developers, and marketing teams to execute SEO initiatives.
• Provide guidance on creating SEO-optimized content and maintaining site architecture.

Qualifications and Skills

• Bachelor’s degree
• Proven experience as an SEO Executive or similar role (1-2 years preferred).
• In-depth knowledge of SEO best practices, algorithms, and tools like Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Ahrefs, or SEMrush.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret and present data effectively.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress) is a plus.
• Familiarity with local SEO and e-commerce SEO strategies is a bonus.
