Job Summary:
We’re looking for a highly skilled SEO Manager to lead our SEO efforts across on-page and off-page activities. As SEO Manager, you will act as the team leader for SEO Executives, oversee task assignments, quality control, and collaborate closely with internal teams and clients. Your strategic input will drive improvements in processes and performance, ensuring we stay ahead in the ever-evolving SEO landscape.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage both On-page and Off-page SEO teams.
- Assign and monitor day-to-day SEO tasks for SEO Executives.
- Perform quality analysis on completed work, provide constructive feedback, and revise as needed.
- Maintain clear and ongoing communication with clients for SEO reporting and campaign analysis.
- Collaborate with the Project Manager to report performance stats and discuss improvements.
- Conduct daily reviews of SEO tasks and ensure standards are consistently met.
- Organise and run weekly team training sessions to upskill team members.
- Continuously improve internal processes and provide recommendations for SOP updates and documentation.
- Set benchmarks and define rules for SEO execution and performance.
- Stay updated on SEO trends, algorithm updates, and best practices.
- Be a problem-solver and mentor for the SEO team—lead with knowledge, strategy, and innovation.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of proven experience in SEO (both on-page and off-page).
- Exceptional understanding of Google algorithms, ranking factors, and SEO tools.
- Experience managing SEO teams and working in a client-facing role.
- Ability to perform audits, develop strategies, and troubleshoot SEO issues independently.
- Strong communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to deliver training and mentor junior team members.
- Proactive mindset with a constant drive for improvement.
- Comfortable with analytics and reporting tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, etc.
