Key Responsibilities:

• SEO Strategy Development: Create and implement comprehensive SEO strategies that align with business goals to foster sustainable organic growth.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, content, and development teams to ensure SEO best practices are integrated across all platforms.
• Data-Driven Insights: Analyze large datasets to assess SEO performance and provide actionable recommendations for continuous improvement.
• Trend Monitoring: Continuously research, test, and apply the latest SEO trends, algorithm updates, and best practices to maintain a competitive edge.
• Mentorship: Provide guidance and mentorship to junior SEO team members, promoting a culture of continuous learning and development.
• Client Consultation: Engage directly with clients to understand their business objectives and provide customized SEO recommendations to help them achieve their goals.
• Technical SEO Leadership: Conduct technical SEO audits and ensure the implementation of best practices related to site architecture, mobile optimization, page speed, URL structure, and more.
• Performance Tracking: Monitor, measure, and report on key SEO metrics, providing clear insights and actionable recommendations to both clients and internal teams.

Required Qualifications:

• Experience: Minimum of 2 years in SEO strategy development and execution, with a proven ability to drive organic traffic growth.
• Technical Expertise: Proficient in Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and other SEO tools. Strong understanding of technical SEO concepts, including website audits, on-page optimization, and site structure.
• Leadership Skills: Demonstrated experience leading projects and teams, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration.
• Analytical Abilities: Strong capability to interpret data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions to optimize SEO performance.
• Creative Problem Solving: Ability to think strategically and creatively, offering innovative solutions to SEO challenges and identifying new opportunities.
