Salary: ₹50,000 – ₹90,000 a month

Role & responsibilities

• Manage the team of the SEO Executives consisting 5 employees.
• Coordinate with the SMO team, Content Writer team, Designer team and Sales team for better result driven direction.
• Implement local SEO strategies to improve brand presence in the UK market.
• Develop and implement on-page & off-page SEO strategies to boost website rankings on google search engine.
• Conduct keyword research and analyze the competitor to identify the growth opportunities.
• Work on technical SEO improvements, including site structure, indexing, and page speed optimization.
• Build and execute link-building strategies for improved domain authority.
• Monitor and analyze continuous website performance using Google Analytics, Search Console, and other SEO tools.
• Enhance websites click-through rate (CTR) and conversion rate optimization (CRO).
• Collaborate with content writers, developers, and marketing teams to ensure SEO best practices.
• Keep up with Google algorithm updates, industry trends, and emerging SEO techniques.

Preferred candidate profile

• Minimum 7 years of proven experience in SEO with a strong e-commerce background.
• Minimum 2 years experience managing a team of goal oriented SEO Specialist.
• Strong knowledge of on-page SEO, off-page SEO, and technical SEO.
• Hands-on expertise in SEO tools such as: Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Ahref, SEMrush, Moz, Screaming Frog.
• Strong analytical skill with a data driven approach to decision.
• Ability to achieve higher clicks, improved conversion ratio and organic traffic.
• Familiarity with Shopify and WordPress for SEO.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹50,000.00 – ₹90,000.00 per month
