Social Media Specialist

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies
• Create high-quality, engaging content (text, images, videos) for social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.)
• Analyze social media metrics (engagement rates, follower growth, conversions) to optimize content and strategy
• Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, best practices, and platform changes
• Should know how to shoot from phone to create content and BTS (Behind the Scenes)

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of experience in social media marketing or related field
• Excellent communication skills, creative skills, and analytical skills
• Strong understanding of social media platforms, their features, and how to leverage them
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
• Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
• Familiarity with graphic design and video editing software (Canva, VN, Inshort or other editing software.)
• Experience with paid social media advertising (Facebook Ads, Twitter Ads, etc.)
• Knowledge of SEO principles and how to optimise social media content for search
• Experience with influencer marketing and partnerships
