We are looking for a dynamic Social Media Manager to take charge of our Instagram, Facebook channels & LinkedIn.

This individual will be responsible for daily posting, engagement management, and staying updated on the latest trends and analytics to optimize our social media presence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Daily Content Management – Plan, create, and post engaging content (images, videos, reels, and stories) on Instagram & Facebook.
  • Trend Analysis – Stay updated with the latest social media trends, viral content, and platform algorithm updates.
  • Engagement & Community Management – Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and mentions to foster an active online community.
  • Analytics & Reporting – Track performance metrics using Facebook & Instagram Insights, Analytics and other social media tools, and optimize content strategies accordingly.
  • Collaboration – Work closely with the design and marketing team to align social media campaigns with business goals.
  • Hashtag & SEO Optimization – Research trending hashtags and keywords to enhance visibility and reach.
  • Sharing of leads and making relevant enquiry generation reports daily.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Social Media Executive or similar role.
  • Strong understanding of Instagram and Facebook algorithms and content strategies.
  • Candidates should be capable of handling 6-8 Instagram Profiles and 4-5 Facebook pages daily.
  • Candidates should be able to check more than 50 Facebook pages daily to check any enquiry or comments.
  • Should be liable to handle ORM in terms of bad comments and quick reply on bad as well regular comments within 1 hour.
  • Should be active throughout the day to reply to any comments generated through Meta Ads in messenger as well as on post.

Pay: Up to ₹35,000.00 per month
