Primary Duties and Responsibilities:

• Audit emails are going out per ESP.
• Prepare and submit reports on the results of audits.
• Will be responsible for reviewing 60–70 emails a day.
• Will be responsible for coordinating with cross-departmental teams to ensure the emails are reviewed on time.
• Will be responsible for escalating any errors identified over Skype/Email.
• Escalate issues found while auditing emails to immediate supervisors.
• Will be responsible for auditing after the drops have gone out.
• Will be responsible for making sure each email reviewed is updated with the correct disposition on the tracker.
• E.O.D. status posting for the day is mandatory over Slack/Skype groups.
• Will be responsible for escalating any errors identified over Slack/Email.
• Should complete a 9-hour shift.

Knowledge and Skills Required:

• Proficient in computer operations.
• Strong email drafting skills.
• Excellent command of the English language.
• Flexibility with shift timings.

Shift Timing:

• Monday –Friday – 1:00 PM IST to 10:00 PM IST

Experience:

• 0-1 Years of experience

Education:

• Must hold a graduate degree (preferably in Computer Science or a related field)
