Job Description:
- Query Knowledge: Good knowledge in basic Query.
- Hands-on Training: Hands on Training experience in basic query of select, modify, delete, display, alter, truncate.
- Technical Support: Provide technical support for enterprise-level applications, referring to general questions of users and trouble of tickets.
- Documentation: Document preparation towards issue troubleshooting & resolution.
- Change Control: Follow best practices for change control of proposed solutions to users.
- Application Maintenance: Good knowledge of application maintenance support.
- Requirement Gathering: Should be able to handle clarify the user doubt during requirement gathering.
- Problem Solving: Able to resolve the query independently
Qualification:
BE / B Tech / Diploma / BCA / B.SC / IT or equivalent (Candidate should not have any gaps during education and career)
