Job Description
The Care Giver is a front line position acting as a representative of Guardian Angel Homecare and providing the services offered by the company. The Care Giver duties are not limited to those listed as the position has a wide scope of duties at times dependent on the client and always under the auspices of the company. The Care Giver will mostly work independently of co-workers or supervisors and therefore must balance good judgement and initiative along with the policies of the company.
- Operational: To execute tasks assigned in timely and professional manner.
- Documentation / Recording: To document / record all necessary information, as required by the organization, promptly and accurately.
- Organizational: To attend to all organizational responsibilities.
- Training: To ensure that all mandatory training courses are completed within the prescribed timeframe. Also, impart training to junior staff members / new joinees, when requested by the management.
Qualifications:
- Education: SSLC PASS (Secondary 10th Pass) (Preferred)
- ANM – OR ANY CERTIFIED MEDICAL COURSES
- Experience: MINIMUM 3 MONTHS
- Language: Malayalam (Required)
- Gender: MALE / FEMALE
Salary: ₹20,000.00 – ₹35,000.00 per month
