Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Healthcare Manager to oversee our team of nursing staff providing home healthcare services. This role will involve managing nurse rosters, ensuring the quality of care, facilitating training, and maintaining compliance with healthcare standards. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in healthcare management, especially in home healthcare settings, and be familiar with digital platforms and corporate healthcare operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Roster Management: Efficiently manage nurse rosters for home visits, ensuring optimal staffing levels, schedule adherence, and timely coverage.
- Training & Development: Develop and implement training programs for nursing staff to maintain and enhance clinical skills, ensuring high standards of patient care.
- Quality Assurance: Monitor and evaluate the performance of nursing staff, ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations and delivering exceptional patient care.
- Patient Care Coordination: Oversee the quality of services provided to patients, addressing concerns and ensuring satisfaction.
- Digital Platform Management: Leverage Lifetime Health’s digital platform to manage operations, track nurse activities, and ensure smooth workflow across the platform.
- Staff Performance & Compliance: Conduct performance reviews, provide feedback, and ensure staff are up-to-date with certifications, licenses, and training requirements.
- Reporting & Documentation: Maintain accurate records of nurse schedules, training progress, and patient care reports in line with company policies.
- Collaboration: Work closely with other healthcare professionals, corporate teams, and stakeholders to ensure seamless service delivery.
Qualifications:
- Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in healthcare management, with a strong focus on home healthcare services and nursing staff management.
- Education: Preferred candidates with a BAMS (Bachelor of Ayurvedic Medicine and Surgery) degree or other relevant medical qualifications.
- Corporate Experience: Experience working in corporate healthcare settings, particularly in managing digital platforms or home healthcare services.
- Skills: Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills. Proficiency in managing staff rosters and schedules, using digital platforms. Knowledge of healthcare regulations, patient care standards, and quality assurance processes. Ability to manage and resolve conflict, with a patient-centric approach to healthcare delivery.
- Certifications: Relevant certifications in healthcare management or nursing (preferred).
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in a leadership role within a home healthcare or digital healthcare environment.
- Familiarity with remote workforce management and technology platforms.
- Knowledge of corporate healthcare policies, compliance, and industry standards.
