Job Summary: We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Hospital Quality Manager/Executive to oversee the implementation and management of quality standards within the hospital. The ideal candidate will ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, improve patient care standards, and promote a culture of continuous quality improvement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Quality Assurance and Accreditation: Implement and monitor hospital-wide quality management systems to ensure compliance with standards such as NABH, JCI, or other healthcare accreditations. Coordinate audits and inspections for quality certifications.
- Policy and Process Development: Develop and maintain policies, procedures, and protocols to meet quality and safety standards. Identify gaps in current processes and recommend improvements.
- Patient Safety and Care: Monitor patient care practices to ensure adherence to safety guidelines. Investigate and resolve patient complaints related to quality and care.
- Data Management and Reporting: Collect, analyze, and report data related to clinical outcomes, patient satisfaction, and operational efficiency. Prepare regular quality performance reports for management review.
- Training and Development: Conduct training sessions for hospital staff on quality standards, patient safety, and compliance. Promote awareness of quality improvement initiatives across all departments.
- Risk Management: Identify, assess, and mitigate risks related to clinical and operational functions. Ensure compliance with legal and ethical healthcare standards.
- Collaboration: Work closely with doctors, nurses, administrative staff, and other stakeholders to foster a culture of quality. Liaise with external bodies regarding accreditation, compliance, and quality audits.
