Job Title: Female Nurse

We are looking for a skilled and compassionate Female Nurse with experience in Industrial or MNC settings to join our team in Bengaluru, Karnataka.

Experience: Minimum of 3 years of nursing experience required, with at least 1 year in an MNC environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist the Physician with the management of cases and act as the first point of contact for patients.
• Triage incoming cases, assess the level of complexity and urgency of the request.
• Schedule patient calls with the appropriate team members and ensure efficient management of incoming questions or requests from existing patients.
• Provide patient advocacy services to ensure optimal outcomes.
• Consolidate suggestions for addition of new specialists to the network provider list.
• Research medical conditions to help patients understand their medical situation, and arrange medical record reviews.
• Facilitate medical appointments and responses from medical providers.
• Provide advice and guidance on hospital transfers and assist with hospital discharge planning.
• Assist the Physician with administrative documentation.
• Manage administrative patient intake responsibilities, including ensuring participant consent.
• Ensure that case documentation is completed, and that policies and protocols are in place and updated accordingly.
• Assist as necessary with awareness drives and related presentations regarding services.
• Manage all relevant aspects of patient clinical records to include filing, archiving, etc.

Required Qualifications:

• Must have completed B.Sc Nursing or GNM.
• Must have valid Registration with the Karnataka Nursing Council.

Pay: From ₹25,000.00 per month
