Job Description:
- Develop and manage nurse visit schedules based on patient requirements and resource availability.
- Optimize route planning for field nurses to ensure timely service delivery.
- Coordinate with patients and caregivers to confirm visit schedules and address any logistical concerns.
- Monitor real-time nurse visit execution and resolve scheduling conflicts.
- Ensure optimal nurse allocation based on patient acuity, geographical location, and workload balance.
- Maintain nurse attendance, availability, and shift planning records.
- Address last-minute scheduling challenges, including emergency visit arrangements.
- Ensure all nursing staff adhere to clinical protocols and quality standards.
- Conduct periodic audits of nursing services to assess compliance and service quality.
- Collaborate with the quality team to address patient feedback and implement service improvements.
- Support training programs for nurses to enhance their skills and service efficiency.
- Act as a liaison between nurses, patients, caregivers, and the management team.
- Ensure seamless communication between nursing teams and back-office operations for smooth execution of visits.
