Salary: ₹19,000 – ₹25,000 a month
We are looking for a skilled and experienced OT Technician/ Nurse to join our team at Kukreja Hospital. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting in surgical procedures, ensuring equipment availability, maintaining sterility, and supporting the surgical team in the operation theatre (OT).

Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare the operation theatre before surgeries, ensuring all necessary instruments and equipment are available.
- Assist surgeons and anesthetists during surgical procedures.
- Maintain strict sterilization and infection control protocols.
- Operate and maintain surgical instruments and equipment.
- Handle and manage OT drugs, consumables, and linen as per hospital protocols.
- Assist in positioning and shifting patients before and after surgery.
- Dispose of biomedical waste as per hospital and regulatory guidelines.
- Maintain proper documentation of surgical procedures and equipment usage.
- Coordinate with other departments for smooth functioning of the operation theatre.
- Ensure adherence to hospital policies and safety standards.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Education: Diploma/Certificate in Operation Theatre Technology (DOTT)/ DNC Registration or equivalent qualification.
- Experience: Minimum 2-5 years of experience in a multispecialty hospital OT.
Skills:
- Strong knowledge of surgical instruments and procedures.
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Attention to detail and commitment to patient safety.
