Healthcare Recruiter

Responsible for sourcing, attracting, and hiring qualified healthcare professionals to meet the staffing needs of the organization. The recruiter will work closely with hiring managers to understand staffing requirements and develop recruitment strategies for various healthcare roles, including physicians, nurses, medical technicians, and administrative staff. This role plays a crucial part in ensuring that the organization maintains a high standard of care by hiring skilled and qualified healthcare professionals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify staffing needs within the healthcare organization by working with department managers.
  • Source and attract healthcare professionals using job boards, social media, networking events, and other recruitment methods.
  • Post job openings on various platforms such as hospital websites, job boards, and social media.
  • Build and maintain a network of healthcare professionals for future hiring needs.
  • Review resumes and applications, and conduct initial screenings to assess candidate qualifications.
  • Schedule and conduct interviews with potential candidates, evaluating their skills, experience, and cultural fit.
  • Provide feedback and recommendations to hiring managers.
  • Ensure that candidates meet required licensure, certifications, and other industry-specific requirements.
  • Coordinate the onboarding process for new hires, including completing necessary paperwork and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Assist in new hire orientation and integrate healthcare professionals into their roles.
  • Follow up with new hires to ensure a smooth transition and retention.
  • Build and maintain relationships with staffing agencies, professional organizations, and academic institutions to ensure a steady pipeline of talent.
  • Participate in career fairs and recruitment events to promote the organization’s brand and attract talent.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proven experience of minimum 2 years as a recruiter, preferably in the healthcare industry.
  • Strong knowledge of healthcare roles and requirements, including licensure and certifications.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to build relationships with healthcare professionals and internal stakeholders.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple hiring processes simultaneously.
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruiting software.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹300,000.00 – ₹450,000.00 per year
