Job Title: Fertility Nurse Coordinator
Job Summary: Coordinate patient’s fertility treatments and/or procedures, such as In Vitro Fertilization (IVF), Intrauterine Insemination (IUI), etc.
- Manage patient’s waiting lists, maintenance and scheduling cycles. i.e. Schedules Embryo Transfers, Embryo Retrievals, Frozen Eggs Cycles, and Intrauterine Insemination.
- Assess patients: plan and implementation of care.
- Guide the client through the whole IVF treatment process step by step, ensuring understanding.
- Understand the basics of embryology, andrology, endocrinology, gynaecology, obstetrics, genetics, information technology, and psychology.
- Serve as a bridge between technical information, physician prescriptions, and patient understanding.
- Participate in initial consultation and performs transvaginal scanning, when having a proper training.
- Participate in a rota system to cover weekends when needed.
- Check blood test and ultrasound appointments.
- Serve as the client’s first port of call for issues during treatment.
- Offer solace and advice when unusual things happen during the treatment process.
- Must have knowledge about MS Excel and Typing
Requirements:
- Education: Diploma (Preferred)
- Experience: 4 years total work (Preferred)
- License/Certification: Nursing License (Required)
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹180,000.00 – ₹300,000.00 per year
Schedule: Rotational shift
