Resident Staff Nurse position available at a residential school within Isha Yoga Centre, Coimbatore.
Responsibilities:
- Communication: Clear and empathetic communication with children, teachers, and administrators.
- Emotional Support: Patience and understanding of children’s emotions, fears, and needs.
- Education: Teach children about hygiene, nutrition, and healthy lifestyles.
- Medical Knowledge: Knowledge of common childhood illnesses, growth milestones, and pediatric first aid.
- Medication Management: Competence in dispensing and managing medications safely, including nebulizations.
- Inventory Management: Monitor and restock medical supplies.
- First Aid: Cleaning, dressing wounds, and managing minor injuries.
- Coordination: Coordinate regular health screenings with the doctor and follow-up care.
- Compliance: Ensure adherence to health and safety regulations within the school.
- Collaboration: Collaborate effectively with the doctors, teachers, care-givers and administrators.
Job Type: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹20,000.00 – ₹35,000.00 per month
