Job Overview
We are seeking a caring, dedicated, and professional Staff Nurse to provide high-quality patient care. The role involves hands-on clinical responsibilities, patient monitoring, and close coordination with doctors and healthcare staff to ensure optimal treatment outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
Provide direct patient care, including administering medications and managing intravenous lines.
Observe and monitor patients’ conditions and promptly report changes to doctors.
Maintain accurate patient records, reports, and documentation.
Ensure billing sheets are correctly filled and all procedures, medications, and services are properly charged.
Check medical equipment during each handover to confirm it is in proper working condition.
Report malfunctioning equipment to the concerned authority for repair or replacement.
Take charge of patients according to established guidelines and protocols.
Explain procedures clearly to patients and guide them throughout their treatment process.
Desired Candidate Profile
Qualification: B.Sc. Nursing or GNM
Experience: Minimum 1 year of relevant hospital experience (preferred, but freshers may apply)
Must hold a valid Nursing License
Good physical health and fitness
Caring, compassionate, and patient-focused attitude
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Positive personality with empathy toward patients and caregivers
