Staff Nurse (GNM / BSc Nursing)
The Staff Nurse (GNM / BSc Nursing) is responsible for providing high-quality nursing care to patients. This includes assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating patient care in accordance with nursing standards and hospital policies. The nurse must be registered with the Delhi Nursing Council (DNC) and adhere to its guidelines.

Key Responsibilities:
- Patient Care: Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care for patients.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by the physician.
- Monitor and record patient vital signs and medical information.
- Provide patient and family education on medical conditions, post-treatment care, and preventive health measures.
- Clinical Duties: Prepare and maintain patient records and documentation.
- Assist in medical procedures and provide pre- and post-operative care.
- Coordinate with other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care.
- Ensure infection control practices are followed in all aspects of patient care.
- Compliance and Safety: Comply with all hospital policies and procedures, including safety and infection control.
- Maintain confidentiality of patient records and information.
- Ensure proper functioning and maintenance of medical equipment.
- Professional Development: Participate in ongoing education and training programs.
- Stay updated with the latest nursing practices and healthcare developments.
Qualifications:
- Education: Diploma or Degree in Nursing from a recognized institution.
- Registration: Must be registered with the Delhi Nursing Council (DNC).
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years of nursing experience in a hospital setting preferred.
- Skills: Strong clinical skills and knowledge of nursing practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team and under pressure.
- Proficiency in basic computer skills.
