Abstract Mannequins Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Production Supervisor to oversee daily manufacturing operations and ensure smooth production, quality control, dispatch management, and team coordination. The ideal candidate should have strong organizational skills, production monitoring experience, and good knowledge of MS Excel.
Key Responsibilities
Production Management
- Supervise daily production activities to achieve output, quality, and delivery targets.
- Monitor operator performance and ensure compliance with production processes and work instructions.
- Coordinate with planning and stores teams to maintain smooth workflow.
- Identify production bottlenecks and implement corrective and preventive measures.
Quality Control
- Ensure products meet required quality standards and specifications.
- Identify defects and take necessary corrective actions.
- Complete quality and packing checklists before dispatch.
Safety & Maintenance
- Promote and maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment.
- Monitor machine utilization and report equipment breakdowns for timely maintenance.
- Ensure efficient use of resources and minimize material wastage.
Inventory & Dispatch Management
- Ensure availability of raw materials for uninterrupted production.
- Oversee loading and dispatch of materials as per approved documentation.
- Verify all dispatch-related records, gate passes, and documentation before shipment.
Reporting & Documentation
- Maintain daily production reports, shift records, dispatch reports, and downtime logs.
- Track production performance and share updates, challenges, and improvement suggestions with management.
- Ensure accurate data entry and reporting using MS Excel.
Required Skills
- Experience in production supervision or manufacturing operations.
- Strong understanding of production planning and quality control processes.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel and report preparation.
- Ability to manage teams and coordinate across departments.
- Strong problem-solving and organizational skills.
- Attention to detail and commitment to operational efficiency.
Additional Requirement
Candidates should be able to reliably commute to or relocate to Faridabad before joining.
