Job Overview
Sagar Informatics Pvt Ltd is hiring an experienced Project Coordinator to support software development and website deployment projects. The role involves coordinating with project managers, developers, clients, and internal teams to ensure timely project delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate project activities, resources, and information for software, mobile app, and web development projects
- Break projects into tasks and manage timelines for smooth execution
- Communicate with clients, provide status updates, and collect approvals
- Work closely with developers, QA teams, SEO specialists, and project managers
- Monitor project progress and resolve workflow issues
- Maintain project documentation, reports, and delivery schedules
- Ensure quality standards are met before final handover
Required Skills
- 5+ years of experience in project coordination within IT, software, or SaaS industry
- Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC)
- Familiarity with project tools such as Jira, Trello, Asana, or MS Project
- Ability to understand technical concepts including API integrations and web development
- Strong organisational and communication skills
