Job Overview

United Elements Limited is seeking a proactive and organized Sales Coordinator to support its sales operations and ensure smooth coordination between customers, distributors, channel partners, and internal teams. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, strong organizational abilities, and a customer-focused approach.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate with the sales team, distributors, and channel partners for seamless order processing and execution.
  • Prepare quotations, proforma invoices, sales reports, and other essential sales documentation.
  • Follow up with customers regarding order status, payments, dispatch schedules, and deliveries.
  • Work closely with logistics and warehouse teams to ensure timely shipment of products.
  • Maintain and update customer records, sales data, and transaction details using Excel or ERP systems.
  • Respond to customer inquiries and provide prompt solutions to concerns or issues.
  • Assist management in achieving sales targets and supporting business growth initiatives.
  • Monitor pending orders, payment collections, and dispatch timelines.
  • Generate daily, weekly, and monthly sales performance reports.
  • Support dealer meetings, promotional activities, and customer engagement programs.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Word, and email correspondence.
  • Basic understanding of sales coordination and customer relationship management.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and follow-ups efficiently.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
  • Experience with ERP software will be an added advantage.
