Job Overview
PK Sharma Consultant is hiring a skilled Plumber cum Maintenance Technician responsible for plumbing work and general maintenance activities. The candidate should be capable of handling day-to-day repairs, installations, and preventive maintenance tasks efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
Perform plumbing installation, repair, and maintenance (pipes, taps, toilets, water tanks, drainage systems, etc.)
Identify and resolve leakages, blockages, and water supply issues
Conduct routine preventive maintenance of plumbing systems
Handle basic electrical, civil, and general maintenance work when required
Maintain tools, equipment, and materials properly
Respond promptly to maintenance complaints and emergency situations
Ensure safety standards are followed during work
Maintain records of maintenance and repair activities
Skills & Requirements
1–3 years of experience as a plumber or maintenance technician
Good knowledge of plumbing tools, fittings, and materials
Basic electrical and civil maintenance knowledge (preferred)
Ability to work independently and in a team
Physically fit for on-site work
Honest, punctual, and responsible
Qualification
ITI / Trade Certificate preferred (not mandatory)
Relevant work experience required
