We are hiring a Call Center Executive with knowledge and experience in supporting e-commerce platforms, specifically for Shopify websites.
If you have expertise in customer service and have worked with Shopify’s order management.
As a Call Center Executive, you will be a key player in providing excellent support to our customers, ensuring smooth communication and resolving issues related to their shopping experience on our Shopify site.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage outbound calls to assist customers with order queries, deliveries, returns, and payment-related issues.
- Guide website navigation, product selection, and checkout process for customers on the Shopify platform.
- Handle NDR (Non-Delivery Reports), RTO (Return to Origin), and Abandoned Cart follow-ups to improve customer satisfaction and reduce cart abandonment.
- Resolve customer complaints and offer solutions, ensuring a positive customer experience.
- Document customer interactions and update the CRM system accordingly.
Required Qualifications:
- Previous experience as a call center executive or in customer service, ideally in an e-commerce or Shopify environment.
- Knowledge of NDR (Non-Delivery Reports), RTO (Return to Origin), and Abandoned Cart follow-ups.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle customer inquiries effectively.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and general office software.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 – ₹20,000.00 per month
