Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Service: Handle customer inquiries and resolve customer issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Communication: Communicate effectively with customers via phone, email, and chat.
  • Problem-Solving: Resolve customer complaints and issues in a fair and transparent manner.
  • Product Knowledge: Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products and services.
  • Data Entry: Accurately enter customer information and interactions into our CRM system.
  • Quality Assurance: Adhere to quality standards and procedures to ensure high-quality customer interactions.
  • Teamwork: Collaborate with team members to achieve shared goals and objectives.

Requirements:

  • Education: Intermediate diploma or equivalent required; degree preferred.
  • Experience: 0-2 years of customer service experience.
  • Skills: Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
  • Language: Fluency in Hindi & English; additional languages a plus.
  • Availability: Ability to work in a 24/7 environment, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
  • Shift Timing: 24*7 Shifts timings (1 Rotational week off)

Job Types: Full-time, Fresher

Pay: ₹12,000.00 – ₹18,000.00 per month
