Job Description:

Role & Responsibilities:

  • Customer Engagement: Conduct outbound calls to potential and existing customers to provide information on our Hyundai and other automobile models.
  • Effectively handle customer inquiries and provide product knowledge, addressing their needs and concerns.
  • Product Knowledge: Demonstrate a strong understanding of Hyundai and other automobile products, features, specifications, and options.
  • Be a knowledgeable resource for customers seeking information about Hyundai Car Service.
  • Customer Handling: Maintain a professional and customer-centric approach during phone interactions.
  • Build rapport with customers, address their queries, and ensure a positive experience.
  • Communication Skills: Possess excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to engage customers effectively and provide product information.
  • Telephone Etiquette: Proper telephone etiquette, including a friendly and professional tone, clear articulation, and adherence to company guidelines on phone interactions.
  • Lead Generation: Skills in identifying potential leads and collecting relevant customer information for follow-up by the sales team.
