Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to existing and potential customers, engaging them in conversations to understand their needs.
• Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
• Provide product or service information to customers and address any queries or concerns.
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly call targets and KPIs (Key Performance Indicators).
• Accurately log customer information, feedback, and call outcomes in CRM or company systems.
• Collaborate with other teams to ensure smooth communication and customer experience.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products, services, and promotions to effectively assist customers.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, particularly in handling sensitive customer information.

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in tele-calling or customer support.
• Experience in handling high call volumes and managing stressful situations.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
• Good problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude.
• Ability to work in a team environment while also being self-motivated.
• Basic knowledge of CRM software or the ability to learn quickly.
• Graduation in any field.
