Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to customers for ITR filing services
- Explain company services and benefits of filing ITR
- Generate leads and convert interested clients
- Follow up for document submission
- Maintain call records and customer data
- Handle basic customer queries
- Coordinate with the tax team for return processing
- Meet daily and monthly calling targets
