About the Role
We are looking for a detail-oriented and motivated HR & Compliance Executive to manage end-to-end HR operations and statutory compliance. This role offers complete exposure to HR functions, payroll processing, labour laws, and compliance management—making it an excellent opportunity for career growth.
Key Responsibilities
1. HR Operations
- Maintain employee records, personal files, and HR databases
- Manage onboarding, induction, and exit processes
- Prepare HR documents such as offer letters, appointment letters, and NDAs
- Track attendance, leaves, and maintain MIS reports
- Assist in performance management and appraisals
2. Payroll & Accounts Support
- Prepare salary sheets, incentives, and leave encashments
- Handle payroll entries and compliance in Tally
- Manage reimbursements, advances, and expense claims
3. Compliance & Legal
- Ensure compliance with PF, ESI, PT, TDS, and other statutory laws
- Coordinate with auditors and consultants for filings
- Maintain statutory registers as per labour laws
- Update HR policies, company circulars, and compliance records
4. Safety & Site Compliance
- Support health and safety compliance at factory and project sites
- Maintain records of safety drills, labour insurance, and contractor compliance
- Coordinate with teams to ensure site compliance documentation
5. Data Management
- Maintain confidential HR and compliance records
- Prepare MIS reports, trackers, and dashboards using Excel
- Assist in audits with proper documentation
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, HR, Law, or Business Administration (B.Com / BBA / BMS / LLB preferred)
- 0–2 years of experience (Freshers can apply)
- Knowledge of Tally ERP (basic to intermediate)
- Strong MS Excel skills (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, MIS reporting)
- Understanding of labour laws, payroll, PF, ESI, and compliance
- Good communication, attention to detail, and multitasking ability
