Job Overview
We are hiring a confident and well-spoken Telecaller / Customer Support Executive to manage communication between PG landlords and tenants. The role focuses on resolving queries, handling complaints, and ensuring a smooth user experience on our platform.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound calls with landlords and tenants
- Understand and resolve customer queries and complaints efficiently
- Assist tenants in finding suitable PG accommodations
- Support landlords in listing and managing their properties
- Maintain accurate call records and follow-ups
- Coordinate between landlords and tenants for smooth communication
- Provide clear information about services, pricing, and policies
- Build strong customer relationships to improve trust and retention
Required Skills
- Good communication skills (Hindi + basic English)
- Confident and polite speaking style
- Strong problem-solving approach
- Ability to manage multiple calls under pressure
- Basic knowledge of smartphones and apps
- Good listening skills and patience
Preferred Skills (Optional)
- Experience in real estate, PG services, or customer support
- Sales or convincing ability
- Familiarity with Gurgaon PG market
