Key Responsibilities:

• Teaching and Instruction: Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging lessons for primary grade students. Use age-appropriate methods and techniques to make learning fun and effective. Teach various subjects such as English, Math, Science, Social Studies, and Arts. Create and maintain an organized, positive, and productive classroom environment.
• Student Assessment: Monitor and assess student progress regularly using tests, assignments, and other evaluation methods. Provide feedback to students to help them improve their academic skills. Track student behavior and progress and communicate with parents or guardians about any concerns.
• Classroom Management: Maintain discipline and ensure that students follow school rules. Encourage positive behavior and handle any issues with students in a calm and constructive manner.
• Curriculum Implementation: Implement the school curriculum and adapt lessons to meet the needs of all students. Work with colleagues to coordinate curriculum and ensure alignment with educational standards.
• Parent and Staff Communication: Communicate regularly with parents about student performance, behavior, and development. Attend meetings, conferences, and professional development sessions to improve teaching skills.
• Student Support: Identify students who need extra help and provide additional support or refer them to the appropriate staff or resources. Create a nurturing environment that promotes social, emotional, and academic development.
• Extracurricular Involvement: Participate in school events, activities, and community programs. Help organize or lead extracurricular activities like school plays, sports, or field trips.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Education (B.Ed.) or equivalent.
• Previous experience in teaching primary-grade students.
• Strong understanding of child development and pedagogical techniques.
