RP World School is looking for a Primary Teacher (PRT) to join our team.

The ideal candidate will be passionate about teaching young children and fostering a positive and inclusive learning environment. The teacher will deliver high-quality instruction, assess student progress, and engage with parents and the school community.

Key Responsibilities:

• Instruction & Curriculum Delivery:
• Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging lessons in line with curriculum guidelines.
• Develop and implement age-appropriate instructional activities.
• Use diverse teaching strategies to address learning needs.
• Incorporate educational technology and resources.
• Student Assessment & Progress Monitoring:
• Assess students’ academic performance and provide timely feedback.
• Maintain accurate records of student progress.
• Use formative and summative assessments to guide decisions.
• Identify students’ needs and provide individualized support.
• Classroom Management:
• Create a positive and respectful classroom environment.
• Implement effective behavior management strategies.
• Foster a collaborative and inclusive atmosphere.
• Parent & Community Engagement:
• Communicate regularly with parents regarding student progress.
• Participate in parent-teacher conferences and school events.
• Collaborate with colleagues and school leadership.
• Professional Development:
• Participate in professional development opportunities.
• Engage in reflective practices to improve teaching effectiveness.

Qualifications:

• Educational Background:
• Bachelor’s degree in Education or related field.
• B.Ed. or equivalent teaching qualification is preferred.
• Subject matter expertise relevant to the primary curriculum.
• Experience:
• Minimum 2-3 years of experience in teaching at the primary level, preferably in a CBSE/ICSE-affiliated school.
• Skills & Abilities:
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to differentiate instruction.
• Proficiency in using educational technology and online teaching platforms.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 – ₹20,000.00 per month

Schedule: Morning shift

Education: Master’s (Preferred)
