We are seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Telecaller to join our team.
The successful candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential clients, customers, or partners, providing information about our products and services, and setting up appointments or sales opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to potential clients/customers/partners.
- Provide detailed information about products and services.
- Answer questions and address concerns of potential clients.
- Maintain accurate records of all interactions in the CRM system.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly call targets.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor’s degree in business or related field is a plus.
- Proven experience as a Telecaller or in a similar role.
