We are looking for a highly motivated and persuasive Outbound Telecaller to generate leads and drive sales through proactive calling. The role involves engaging with potential customers, explaining product/service offerings, and converting inquiries into successful sales. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, persistence, and a customer-focused approach.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to prospective customers from the provided database.
- Clearly explain products/services, answer queries, and handle objections professionally.
- Persuade potential customers to purchase products or avail of services.
- Generate qualified leads and schedule follow-ups for further discussions.
- Maintain accurate call records and update the CRM system with customer details.
- Work towards achieving daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Follow company guidelines, scripts, and compliance regulations.
- Stay updated with product knowledge, sales techniques, and market trends.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or bachelorβs degree in any field.
- Prior experience in telecalling, telesales, or customer service is a plus (freshers can apply).
- Strong verbal communication, convincing ability, and active listening skills.
- Ability to handle rejections positively and stay motivated.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and basic computer skills.
- Willingness to work in an outbound calling role with a target-driven approach.

Pay: βΉ23,000.00 – βΉ30,000.00 per month
