Roles and Responsibilities
- Lead Generation and Outreach
- Contact potential students via phone calls, emails, and messaging platforms.
- Follow up on leads generated through digital marketing campaigns, events, and referrals.
- Maintain and update a database of prospective students.
- Counseling and Sales
- Provide detailed information about UG and PG courses, including eligibility, course structure, fee structure, and admission process.
- Understand the student’s academic background, interests, and career goals to suggest suitable programs.
- Address queries and objections effectively to convince students to enroll.
- Explain the benefits and unique selling points (USPs) of the institution and courses offered.
- Relationship Management
- Build and maintain positive relationships with potential students and their families.
- Ensure a smooth and clear communication process throughout the admission cycle.
- Collaborate with academic counselors and admissions teams for seamless enrollment.
- Target Achievement
- Meet or exceed sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs) on a regular basis.
- Strategize and plan follow-ups to convert leads into admissions.
- Documentation and Reporting
- Maintain records of student interactions, queries, and feedback using CRM systems.
- Generate daily, weekly, and monthly reports on lead status and conversion rates.
- Market Intelligence
- Stay updated on competitor offerings and industry trends.
- Provide feedback to the marketing and sales teams to refine sales strategies.
