Salary: ₹9,000 – ₹12,000 a month

Responsibilities:

• Making calls: Making outbound calls to promote a company’s products or services and generate sales leads
• Handling calls: Managing inbound and outbound calls, addressing customer inquiries, and resolving complaints
• Providing information: Explaining product features, benefits, and pricing to customers
• Closing sales: Persuading customers to make purchases or schedule appointments
• Maintaining records: Keeping accurate records of customer interactions in the database
• Building relationships: Fostering relationships with existing clients and building rapport with potential clients
• Meeting targets: Meeting or exceeding daily, weekly, or monthly sales targets

Skills and qualifications:

• Excellent verbal communication skills
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Ability to persuade and influence others
• Patience and resilience in handling customer inquiries or complaints
• Good listening skills and empathy towards customers’ needs
• Basic computer skills for data entry and maintaining records
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle pressure
