Overview: As a Tele Caller Executive- Marketing Associate for our uniforms and workwear brand, you will be responsible for creating new client relationships, prospecting new clients and building the brand name. You will collaborate with other teams to ensure that the client experience from the first call to the final feedback is nothing short of seamless. The Marketing team is also responsible for driving branding growth on social media and other business channels.

Key Responsibilities:

• Client Relationship Management: Establish and maintain strong relationships with key clients by understanding their needs and providing timely solutions via phone, email, or online platforms.
• Sales Support: Assist the Global Merchandiser in identifying new sales opportunities, follow up on leads, and work towards achieving company goals.
• Inventory Management: Monitor and communicate stock levels to ensure availability of key products and ensure clients receive their orders on time.
• Customer Service: Provide ongoing support to clients, addressing any concerns or issues and working towards quick resolution.

Qualifications:

• 1-2 years of experience in marketing customer service, preferably in textile industry.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize.
• Graduate or Diploma Holder in Marketing and Textile Industry
• Strong knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools.
• Self-motivated with a keen interest in achieving sales goals and client satisfaction.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹21,000.00 – ₹24,000.00 per month
