Experience Required: 6 months to 1 year

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential customers, informing them about Fur Ball Story’s pet insurance products and services.
• Answer customer queries regarding coverage, claims, and benefits.
• Identify customer needs and provide suitable product recommendations.
• Follow up with leads and maintain an updated customer database.
• Maintain accurate records of calls and interactions in the CRM system.
• Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to business growth.
• Collaborate with the team to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Provide excellent customer service and timely resolution of issues.

Requirements:

• Minimum 6 months to 1 year of experience in telecalling or sales, ideally in the pet insurance or insurance industry.
• Strong communication skills in both English and Hindi (written and verbal).
