We are seeking a dynamic and customer-oriented Female Telecaller to join our team in the customer service and banking process.
As a Telecaller, you will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls, assisting customers with their banking inquiries, resolving issues, and providing exceptional service to ensure customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and outbound calls in a professional and courteous manner.
- Assist customers with their banking inquiries, including account balances, transactions, and product information.
- Provide information about banking products and services, including loans, credit cards, and investment options.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues promptly and escalate complex problems to the appropriate department.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions using our CRM system.
- Follow up with customers to ensure their inquiries are resolved satisfactorily and provide feedback on their banking experience.
- Promote customer retention by building rapport and fostering positive relationships with customers.
- Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly targets for call volume, customer satisfaction, and quality assurance metrics.
- Stay updated on banking policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements to ensure compliance at all times.
- Collaborate with team members and other departments to achieve company goals and objectives.
Requirements:
- Must be graduate.
- Proven experience in customer service or call center roles, preferably in the banking or financial services industry.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a clear and professional phone manner.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to empathize with customers while maintaining professionalism.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other computer applications.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record-keeping.
- Flexibility to work in shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as needed.
- Fluency in multiple languages is a plus, especially if serving a diverse customer base.
- Female candidates preferred due to the nature of the role and customer preferences.
