We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Tele sales/Presales professional from the real estate industry to join our team.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for qualifying potential clients, and engaging in effective pre-sales activities to support the overall sales process. This role involves interacting with prospective clients over the phone, understanding their needs, and positioning our real estate offerings to meet those needs.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Engage with leads to understand their real estate requirements and preferences.
- Assess the viability of leads based on established criteria.
- Qualify leads and pass on high-potential prospects to the sales team.
- Stay updated on the company’s real estate offerings, pricing, and available properties.
- Effectively communicate the unique selling points and features of the properties to potential clients.
- Work closely with the sales team to ensure a smooth transition of qualified leads.
- Provide insights and feedback on market trends and client interactions to enhance overall sales strategy.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions.
Qualification:
- Any Bachelor’s Degree are allowed to apply.
- Minimum 1.5 years of experience in real estate industry pre sales experience is also mandatory.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Positive attitude and a customer-centric mindset.
- Both Male and Female Candidates can apply.

Pay: Up to ₹29,000.00 per month
